I'd like to take a moment out to share with you the amazing work of Linda Buckley.  Linda was the listing agent for my dad's home in Leicester.  She worked with me every step of the way to ensure that my dad's house sold.  She worked hard to achieve that fine balance of selling a home quick enough but also at a descent price.  Linda paid close attention to all of the details of selling a home.  She was reassuring as winter approached that homes do continue to sell in winter.  She was right!  My dad's home sold on December 21st., just before Christmas after three months on the market.  Of course, it seemed like an eternity but, in retrospect, three months was a reasonable time period and the house sold at a good price for the market.  If your looking for a seasoned professional who pays close attention to detail, Linda is your agent!  I highly recommend Linda for your home sale.  You won't be sorry!
